Welcome to Proxy Lust, Inc. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Conditions of Usage. These terms are designed to protect our clients, our infrastructure, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
Use of any product or service provided by Proxy Lust, Inc. constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for any illegal or malicious activity, including but not limited to:

Fraud, phishing, identity theft, or scams

Distribution of malware, ransomware, or spyware

Unsolicited bulk email (spam) or SMS messaging

Unauthorized network scanning or penetration testing

Accessing or distributing illegal content

Violating third-party intellectual property rights

Circumventing geographic restrictions for unlawful purposes

Operating botnets, brute-force tools, or traffic flooding scripts
Proxy Lust, Inc. has zero tolerance for abuse. Violators will have their services terminated immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
🛡️ Abuse Monitoring & Investigations
All abuse reports are taken seriously. If we receive a complaint regarding your account or traffic:

The complaint will be logged and reviewed by our abuse department.

If necessary, we may suspend your services during the investigation.

If abuse is confirmed, we reserve the right to terminate the offending service without refund.
💻 Virtual Private Servers (VPS) & RDP Services
By using our VPS or Windows RDP hosting:

You are responsible for the content, activity, and software running on your instance.

Running open relays, open resolvers, or services that pose network risks is strictly prohibited.

Excessive CPU, bandwidth, or disk I/O usage that affects other users may result in throttling or suspension.
🌍 Residential & Mobile IP Network Usage
When using our Residential or Mobile Proxy Pools:

Rotating IPs must not be used to flood or harass websites.

Abuse of IP reputation (e.g., scraping, spam, automation without permission) may lead to revocation of access.

We do not allow usage that violates the terms of service of the sites you are accessing.
Note: IPs are leased, not owned. Abuse may result in immediate pool restriction.
🧩 Static IPv4 and IPv6 Block Usage
When using leased Static Residential IPv4 or /32 IPv6 address blocks:

You must not announce IPs to external networks unless expressly authorized.

Mass mailing, port scanning, or attacking remote services is forbidden.

We reserve the right to audit IP usage to ensure compliance with these terms.
🔒 VPN Services
Our VPNs are to be used for privacy and security purposes, not for:

Evading legal surveillance

Committing cybercrime or fraud
-
Bypassing geo-blocks in violation of third-party ToS
-
Automating access to platforms in abusive ways
Any illegal or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination.

Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service without notice if these Conditions of Usage are violated.

Refunds: Accounts terminated for abuse or ToS violations are not eligible for refunds.

Changes to Terms: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
